The INNsight Team really hit it out of the park with their digital marketing efforts for our properties in the Yosemite area. We've seen meaningful increase in our direct bookings and the ROI is definitely huge. For a few hundred bucks a month, we generate tens of thousands of dollars in direct bookings. INNsight is a great business, run by great people. Many business owners in the industry I come into contact with utilize their platform. Often I see business owners test the waters with one property and over time, they end up moving over more business to INNsight.

Booked a hotel room through Innsight three weeks in advance. 6 days later, I had to cancel. I called Innsight who was very helpful is making the cancellation which included an confirmation. The hotel ended up billing me, and when I called Innsight, they refused to assist me in correcting the billing mistake. They told me that I had to contact the hotel myself. I told them that I booked through them and asked them to do it and they refused. I had the email cancellation confirmation from Innsight. I had to get my bank to do a chargeback because Innsight failed to forward the cancellation to the hotel. Won't book with them again.
