Super unprofessional, not recommended. There isn't really AI.. The bot is very basic and takes too much effort to configure, also it creates tons of errors in console. The bot suddenly stopped working recently and not even showing on my website. After contacting support they explaind that Meta has stopped supporting their widget - I never received any update regarding this.

A tool that works very well, despite the drawbacks and obstacles that Meta causes. It's a constantly evolving and responsive tool. I recommend it, but keep in mind that it's a constantly evolving digital tool, and Meta can be quite strict with certain features.

Bad experience and not recommended. Setup requires a huge amount of work. I used the trial period, and the Shopify integration never worked, not even for basic tasks. Support is responsive, but it seems like you're talking to a bot. They give generic answers because they don't focus on what you're asking.
