THIS APP DID NOT WORK FOR US AT ALL. WE REGRET USING IT, WE DID FOR THE LONGEST TIME BUT WERE TOO BUSY TO START ALL OVER AGAIN WITH A MUCH BETTER CHOICE with OTHERs AND THEY'RE SO SO SO MANY.. We used this app for over 3 years. Now, as we are shopping around, we can safely say, the app has now TONS OF BUGS and there are tons of technical issues. For us all here in the office, we all hated dealing with the customer service, it is very poor, we kept following up on emails about technical issues, they tell us "clear your cache" , "your computers are old" or not strong enough, this was a joke that we all laugh about now-one whole campaign just disappeared. HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE??! We CANNOT PUT A PRICE TAG ON HOW MUCH MONEY WE LOST, we had to rewrite 100+ email templates and so so many campaigns TWICE! in 3 years. We are now starting with a much better application, better plan, more established and better customer service. We have to rewrite all our email templates and start new campaigns again, alot of unnecessary work but it's over due. For us, THE Longer we Stayed WITH THIS APPLICATION THE WORSE IT Got. BECAUSE we STARTED WITH THE Wrong partner. LOOK AROUND AND DO YOUR homework, so many applications are out there.
